CHAPTER 11: Building A Customer Centric Organization (CRM)

     In this chapter, it was about Customer Relationship Management (CRM)... In CRM, an organization should allow provide better customer service, the efficiency of making call center, the effectively of cross-sell product and it also help sales staff closed deals faster...

     By using the CRM, the organization also can get the information of the customer on :
          - how frequently the customer purchases items in the organization.
          - how recently the customer purchased the items in the organization.
          - how much customer spends on each purchased in the organization.
