assalammualaikum.......*x jwb dose...hehehe...w'slm w.b.t...today's entry i would like to talk about getting married... i have a dream before getting married...

1. i would like to have my own cars..
            or  

2. i would like to have my own house..
          

3. i have a lots of money in my account...
          

4. he propose me to get married....
          

5. get married & live happily ever after....

after that my husband & i will plan for our future....

*that's all about my dream to get married....my hubby had plan to propose me 2years from now...so, i will study hard to get better job and saving my money to fulfill all my dreams.... :)

CHAPTER 15: Integrating Wireless Technology in Business





hye....eh, cm x ad adap plak...Assalamualaikum.... *waalaikumsalam....jwb salam nye dulu tau...

today's entry is about No Super User Cost (SMC).... SMC was an expensive software... during the implementation, SME need to spend a few days in a weeks to getting up the speeds..

     Once the systems is running up, SME will spend another half of hour to full the day in a weeks by supporting user and performing other tasks.. for certain organization that needs more than one SME for a spare backup... SME should have and follow the budget of the organization to avoid the failure of the project...experience is the main things to show the successful SME...

CHAPTER 14: Creating Collaborative Partnership...




   


hey, u again???..i would like to thanks to our God for let us keep on touch....i also like to thanks to u'all for waiting for my new entries...i hope u'all enjoy for reading my entry...

In this chapter, i would like to share about the collaboration systems...

       
          The collaboration systems is based on tools that support the teams work by facilitating the sharing and flow of information... collaboration systems also can solve the specific business tasks such as:
 a. telecommunications
 b. online meetings
 c. deploying application
 d. remote project
 e. sales management

          Next is the strength of the collaboration process such as knowledge management systems, content management systems, workflow management systems and groupware systems..

     

CHAPTER 13: eBusiness


hye all the reader....nice to meet u again...thanks for following my entry..i really-II appreciated... :)

     Today's entry i would like to share about ebusiness... ebusiness is drived from term of eCommerce which is conducting business through internet... it is involve buying and selling transaction and also serving customers and collaborate with business partner..

     Then, we go to ebusiness models..it is approach to conducting electronic business by using the internet.. ebusiness is process of business in virtually dimension and not involve any face to face transaction communication...

CHAPTER 12: Integrating The Organization From End to End (ERP)


     Salam 1Malaysia...pe kbr??cihat ke??alhamdulillah,sy sentiase cihat...harap sumenye cihat-II sejahtera....entry kali nie nak cite cikit tentang Enterprise Resources Planning...

mule la teman nak speaking doh nie....heheheh

In this chapter, ERP was plays the important roles to the organization.. the ERP systems function is:
  # the central database that collecting information.
  # feeds all the information into ERP's systems individual.

There is 4department that supporting business functions it is accounting, human resource, marketing and manufacturing.... The application component is called modules.... once the user enter or updated information in one module, in immediately it is automatically update the throughout of the entire systems...

CHAPTER 11: Building A Customer Centric Organization (CRM)

     In this chapter, it was about Customer Relationship Management (CRM)... In CRM, an organization should allow provide better customer service, the efficiency of making call center, the effectively of cross-sell product and it also help sales staff closed deals faster...

     By using the CRM, the organization also can get the information of the customer on :
          - how frequently the customer purchases items in the organization.
          - how recently the customer purchased the items in the organization.
          - how much customer spends on each purchased in the organization.

Chapter 3 : STRATEGIC INITIATIVE

        In these chapter, i would like to share about four strategic initiative it is was
1. Supply Chain Management (SCM)
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
3. Business Process Relationship (BPR)
4. Enterprise Resources Planing (ERP)

Chapter 4 :MEASURING THE SUCCESS OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVE

        For this chapter, i had learn about effective IT metrics & efficiency IT metrics...An effective IT metrics is a program that should measure many aspect of performance including throughput, speed and availability of the system...however,efficiency IT metrics is important to evaluating and improving performance, being utilized and it is also in a line with business objective...
        There is a four IT metrics software it is 
1. SCM IT metrics,
2. CRM IT metrics,
3. BPR IT metrics,
4. ERP IT metrics...

Chapter 5 : ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE THAT SUPPORT STRATEGIC INITIATIVE

         In this chapter, i would like to share about 5 strategic position in a company...
1. Chief Information Officer (CIO)
2. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
3. Chief Security Officer (CSO)
4. Chief Privacy Officer (CPO)
5. Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO)

without these 5 strategic position in the company, a company may facing with the big problem in solving problem and making decision..

Chapter 6 : EXPLORING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

         For this chapter, there are 2 types of information it is :
1. transactional information - data are came from business operational activities.it is called OLTP (online transactional operational system)

2. analytical information - data that had been produce as a result after pass through several process.it is called OLAP (online analytical operational system)

Chapter 7 : STORING ORGANIZATION INFORMATION (Database)

         In this chapter, there are the 3 types of database
1. hierarchical database model
2. network database model
3. relational database model

A database is a collection of record or data hat is stored in a computer system...There is a software that used in the database is called database management system (DBMS).DBMS are categorized according to the database model that they support.

Chapter 8 : ACCESSING ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION (Data Warehouse)

         In this chapter, i would like to share my understanding about ETL (extracting,transforming,loading)..the ETL process will appear on before & after the data warehouse complete...as u can see in the diagram below:

Chapter 9 : ENABLING THE ORGANIZATION (Decision Making)

         I would like to highlight this chapter because this is the most important part for every company to makes their company operate smoothly & efficiency..If a company did not make a good decision,it will may effect the company's profit...In this chapter, there are 4 categories of Artificial Intelligence:
1. expert system
2. neural network
3. genetic algorithm
4. intelligent agent

The Artificial Intelligence have the ability to mimic human intelligence.It can solve any problem automatically if it has program..It was great right??hehehe....i wish if 1day,i had my own company i will install these software on my company's PC to make all my workers work easily... :)

Chapter 10 : EXTENDING THE ORGANIZATION (SCM)..


         In this chapter, i had learn about SCM factor... It was a visibility,customer behavior,competition & speed... I also learn what a company wanna know about their customer by using CRM (Customer Relationship Management)...
1. how recent,
2.how frequent and
3.how much customer spend their money to purchase each items..
